How does the refill process work?
When your bottle is getting low, simply order a refill. We will ship you a new bottle with a return label so you can send back your empty aluminum container to be washed, refilled, and reused.
Are your products safe for sensitive skin?
Yes, our products are formulated with high-quality, non-toxic ingredients. They are sulfate-free, paraben-free, and phthalate-free, making them gentle enough for all skin types.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your products. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return your purchase within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.
Is your packaging plastic-free?
Our main containers are made from 100% recyclable aluminum. We also use cardboard shipping boxes and paper tape to minimize plastic waste throughout our supply chain.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the United States. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order departs our warehouse.
Are Plaine Products vegan and cruelty-free?
Absolutely. All of our products are Leaping Bunny certified, meaning they are never tested on animals and contain no animal-derived ingredients.
